Cusack, who died at the age of 27, was the first player to reach 100 appearances for the Blades. Club manager Jonathan Morgan stepped away from his role last October while the investigation into her death took place but after United said no evidence of wrongdoing had been found, he returned to work earlier this month. Her family said Cusack's spirit had been "broken" in the months before her passing and that the midfielder would "still be with us" had Morgan not been appointed.
