Leeds United suffered their first defeat under Marcelo Bielsa on Tuesday evening after being knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Preston.

The visitors stormed to a 2-0 win at Elland Road despite playing over an hour of the game with ten men following Ryan Ledson’s first-half red card, which led to certain Leeds players being picked out for criticism by the supporters.
